GRAND campaigner Hello Nugget is showing no signs of slowing down as he prepares for his one hundredth race start at Launceston on Monday night.

The star son of Fabregas will be chasing a winning hat-trick when he lines up in the second race on the program over the 278 metre scamper.

Hello Nugget, a winner of 32 races with a further 59 placings for St Leonards trainer Robin Grubb, is rising five years of age but is still showing an incredible zest for racing.

During his fabulous career, Hello Nugget has raced with great distinction at all three Tasmanian tracks, winning 16 races at Devonport, seven at Hobart and nine at Launceston.

He will exit from the rails draw on Monday night and is the expected favourite ahead of Hogwash and Rapid Innings.

Meanwhile, Rosevale-based Ricky and Sonia Martin will line up four runners in Thursday night's Breeders Classic Final at Hobart, including Leica Prayer who produced a sensational 25.84 effort in the second semi-final last week.

Prepared by Sonia's mother Jillian Stamford, Leica Prayer opened up to a 3-1/2-length victory over Devil's Corner to make it four wins from 10 starts.

Litter sister She's A Princess won the opening semi-final from Sol Domination, running a red-hot 25.99.

Atley Quick won the third semi in 26.20 while promising debutante Silver Man claimed the fourth and final qualifier in 26.03 for master trainer Ted Medhurst.
