Bailey's Blistering Maiden Win

THE immense success being enjoyed by the Hallinan family's Barcia Bale x Zipping Willow litter continued at Maitland last Thursday with the Jason Mackay-trained Zipping Bailey posting a flying 24.88 for the 450m, one of the fastest times ever posted by a maiden at the circuit.

A beaten favourite on debut at Richmond when well supported on May 22, Zipping Bailey was ultra-impressive in Thursday's 10 ¼ length romp, the July 2016 whelp continuing the litter's outstanding run of success, netting nine wins from just the 16 appearances thus far.
Zipping Bailey returns to Maitland this Thursday afternoon in race four, again set to wear the pink rug over the 450 metre distance.
