Wentworth Park Meeting Abandoned

THE inclement weather bracing Sydney has claimed Saturday night's Wentworth Park program.

Despite best endevours by staff to ensure the 10-race card went ahead, constant rain and the forecast of even more to come, left GWIC stewards with little choice but to cancel the meeting.

The meeting scheduled for Ladbrokes Gardens Saturday night will go ahead while a decision on the Bulli meeting will be made later Saturday afternoon.
